John F. Prentice, Esq., has practiced law in State and Federal Courts representing clients in matters including family law, employment disputes, criminal cases, and a wide range of business-related matters throughout the San Francisco Bay Area since 1979. Mr. Prentice has extensive experience representing private and public employees and was one of the principal attorneys representing the San Francisco Police Officers Association from 1982 - 1995.

With over 45 years of experience, Mr. Prentice has received the Martindale Hubbell AV rating which indicates very high to preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards as established by confidential opinions from members of the Bar.

Mr. Prentice mediates cases and holds an Advanced Mediation Certificate and has mediated cases since 2006.
